The America Gains Coalition works for responsible tax reform that includes a reduction of the historically high corporate capital gains tax rate. Lowering the current 35 percent rate would:
- Unlock valuable investment capital
- Improve competitiveness
- Create jobs
- Unleash growth throughout the economy
- Increase federal tax revenues
